Stephen Sanderson, Chairman
A highly-experienced petroleum geologist, oil industry veteran and upstream energy business leader, with over 30 years operating experience, Stephen is a proven oil finder and has been instrumental in the discovery of more than 10 commercial conventional fields, including the giant Norwegian Smorbuk-Midgaard field complex. Stephen held a variety of senior management roles for ARCO (which was acquired by BP in 2000), Wintershall AG (a subsidiary of German chemical giant BASF) and three junior start-ups. He created and ran successful new exploration businesses in Africa, Europe and South America. He has significant technical and commercial expertise in the petroleum systems of Africa, the North Sea, Norway, onshore UK & Europe, South America, the South Atlantic, Middle East, Asia, India, Australia and the USA. He is a graduate and Associate of the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London, a Fellow of the Geological Society of London and a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. He served for four years in the British Army and TAVR as a platoon commander, serving in the UK and Berlin.
 

George Frangeskides
George has been the Executive Chairman of Alba Mineral Resources plc since March 27, 2014. Mr. Frangeskides serves as an Executive Director at Berwick Capital. He served as a Consultant of Artemis Resources Limited since September 28, 2011. He has a broad range of experience gained from over 20 years in the legal and corporate advisory sectors in London and Sydney. Mr. Frangeskides practiced as a Lawyer, including at international law firms Clifford Chance (London) and Allens Arthur Robinson (Sydney), where he focused on corporate finance, commercial and capital market transactions. He served as the Chairman of Artemis Resources Limited since October 9,2015. He served as Non Executive Chairman of Artemis Resources Limited until October 2015 and served as its Acting Non-Executive Chairman since August 15, 2012. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Horse Hill Developments Ltd. since February 08, 2016. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Artemis Resources Limited since August 15, 2012 until April 3, 2017 and previously served as its Director from January 17, 2011 to September 28, 2011. He served as a Non-Executive Director at European Lithium Limited. He served as an Independent Director of Shoshoni Gold Ltd. from December 28, 2012 to July 11, 2016. Mr. Frangeskides served as a Non-Executive Director of Metal Bank Limited from October 12, 2012 to December 27, 2013.
 

Kiran Morzaria
Kiran holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Geology) from the Camborne School of Mines and an MBA (Finance) from CASS Business School. He has extensive experience in the mineral resource industry working in both operational and management roles. Mr Morzaria spent the first four years of his career in exploration, mining and civil engineering.  He then obtained his MBA and became the Finance Director of Vatukoula Gold Mines Plc. He has served as a director of a number of public companies in both an executive and non-executive capacity and is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Cadence Minerals plc.
